My goal is to help you optimise your health, wellness, rehabilitation and performance through tailored health assessments and interventions based on the most up-to-date research and an in-depth understanding of human movement and physiology.

I take a person-first approach to my treatment, which means I complete a comprehensive initial assessment and take the time to understand your personal experiences, health history, goals, preferences and your current lifestyle along with your clinical concerns. You know your body best, and your experiences are an essential piece of the puzzle to creating the most effective treatment plan!

I aim to support you along your health journey within my professional scope of practice, connecting you with other health professionals when indicated and building your movement and exercise confidence, capacity and technique until you can self-manage.
The ULTIMATE goal is facilitating a positive lifestyle change where exercise is incorporated safely and frequently, and which you can continue without extra support.
