My Approach
My goal is to help people optimise their health, wellness, rehabilitation and performance through tailored health assessments and interventions based on the most up-to-date research and an in-depth understanding of human movement and physiology.

I take a person-first approach to my treatment, which means I complete a comprehensive initial assessment and take the time to understand my client's personal experiences, health history, goals, preferences and their current lifestyle along with their clinical concerns.
About me
I completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) at the University of Queensland.
During this time, I sought out specialised placements in cancer care, women's health, and neurological conditions. My honours project was involved with understanding the effects of exercise on women with gynaecological cancer.
